Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Due to the nature of supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
